Just as an experiment once I just took a cut and put it in a cup of water and put in my clone/germ box. Changed water every few days and it totally grew roots. It took longer but it can be done. Enjoy your grow!

Just hang around a while…

It’s definitely a more welcoming place than the gen’l interweb.

Once I put in an undergravel filter in my minnow tank. I didn’t think about what would happen to my clams. They ended up dieing. I should have thought that through a little more. I would catch minnows from a creek and feed them to my red belly piranhas. Them piranhas sure do make a mess. Fun fact: red belly piranhas are from the tetra family.

Quick update switched to 12/12.

A couple of plants are starting to show, but both are looking like males.
The first pic was supposedly feminized but it most definitely looks male to me.

Definitely Male on first. Feminized from where?

It was from the mystery mix pack from Sebring. A mix of Maui Wowie or Shishkaberry.

The others too small to tell what’s going on are just bag seed.

I am not seeing the male pollen sacs? maybe I am too stoned to concentrate

Just the first pic zem. The plant is just showing single pollen sacks at different nodes. At least to my newb eyes they look like pollen sacks.

First grow in a while and my eyes aren’t what they used to be but definitely think those are male pollen sacks! I have some of Sebrings MWCB feminised at two weeks from germ currently. Seedlings are definitely more stretchy than the BOG Sour Blutooth and BOG LSD that I started earlier.

Time for another update.

My first indoor is turning out to be a bust! Out of five plants I ended up with just one female.

So I popped some new beans in the hot box.

Ohelo Berry and MWCB.

On a side note does anyone run side lighting?

I figured I would try this out since I have nothing else to run in flower. Is it worth using the side light or should I just turn it off and save the electricity?

Sorry guys long time no update, so here we go.

My replacement plants are doing ok but got too hot one day so I had to trim some early leaf tips. I topped them 4 or 5 days ago they seem to be recovering nicely.

These 2 are 4.5 weeks old.

Now for the main event, my single female from bag seeds I first started.
Skunk Super Hero, an Illinois dispensary strain.

Just shy of 4 weeks since showing flowers. Got some light frost staring and some of the very first hairs are starting to dry up and change color.

I’m going to LITFA for the next couple of weeks, I seem to pluck fans daily if I don’t pay attention. Besides water and some nutes/ffj of course. Btw everything is wet from watering and a foliar misting before lights on in the pics.

Begining Week 7 of flower!

Putting on some size.

Leaves are starting to show some color.

I am going to start letting the nighttime temps get colder, I like the natural coloration as fall harvest arrives. My grow area is heated to 55 so she won’t be too cold.

Looks good. Almost done!

Guess I don’t have to worry about the cold during my drying.
I dont think this plant is ever going to finish. Most of the trichomes are cloudy, just now getting amber ones to show on the buds. The sugar leaves sticking out of the buds are covered in amber though.

Here is an update on the MWCB and Ohelo Berry I started back when I culled out all the males. Here they are 1 week into flower 9 weeks old overall.

I cut a clone from each plant currently waiting for them to root. Going to try that promix connect sample on the clones if they survive.

Here’s a MWCB at 4 weeks…

And a rooted Clone of the same plant

Very nice, I have been checking out your thread as well.
Do you happen to recall how long it took your clone to start taking off like that?

Had in a damp, not waterlogged peat pot, in a clear solo inside a red solo, smaller plastic cup n top (sealed). Used a rooting powder, in a warmer place under 24 hrs of low intensity light. Took the top cup off twice a day for just long enough to let some dryer air in. Saw roots about 16 days, and went into a cup with seedling mix/Ocean Forest/perlite 2/1/1 , moved to 18/6 under lower intensity LED for about 8 days, once I saw good root development and new growth, put in veg tent . That clone is about 4 1/2 weeks from cutting and ready for an up pot., the other MWCB clone probably at 3 1/2 weeks from cutting, same size as the older one, rooted thru the peat pot in about 8 days.

Woah thank you for such a detailed reply. I tested my root hormone powder with a cutting from an already flowering plant. It seemed to take forever to show any growth, but it was still on 12/12 light in the flower tent. Plus I didn’t really keep track of it just wanted to keep it alive.

My current clones are at 12 days now. Under a small 130watt led 18/6 and showing no new growth yet. Now I have an idea of how long I ve got to work with. If it takes 4 weeks to get like yours and 4-6 week to veg would be perfect timing to go into my flower tent.

Side note why haven’t you topped or FIMed that clone? Lol
