Newbie guidance

I live on the equator but I want to do indoor growing, i have a spare room which is 2MSQ with natural light i get an average of 5k lux, attached photos below, i feel im missing something here, if not wrong lux is measured in MSQ does it mean its insufficient and I need to double it with artificial light? Outdoors im getting an average of 65k lux

My plan despite having sufficient natural light is all about pest and mould control i dont have sufficient knowledge to pinpoint and address the issues in terms of the correct pesticides to use.

i need as much yields as possible in the shortest time possible

I’m still confused on what to go with between photos or autos

I know there’s strains that are mould and mildew resistant but still i don’t know how i will protect them from rain since research shows i should keep water off leaves
TIA

I’m no expert on lighting, but I plugged your 5000lux in to a calculator to covert to ppfd because that is the value many people use.

Looks like 5000lux is roughly 115 umol/s/m2. That is like bare minimum for seedlings and will likely lead to stretching. You will need to add some grow lights to make things work.

The 5000lux may seem bright to you while inside, but your screen pics really prove the point. Even that bright indoor natural light is almost nothing compared to full sun

Nothing happens quick in the plant world.
You need min of 6 hours of direct sunlight.
I have grown in woods with little direct light and the plants did oook lanky etc.
Mold etc can be controlled by AC lol
Keep room around 70
Dry air helps much
