Nice, ya they are handy indeed. I need to print some more since I sent some as a Xmas present lol.
Oh so you actually have a 3D printer!
I’ve always wondered if it’s worth finding an inexpensive one to use. Would you say you get a bunch of use out of it?
When I am in the creating mood, I run the hell out of it and leave prints going over night etc. But I have not used mine in 1-2 months since my wife wanted me to take it off the kitchen counter… Lol! I have a few things I want to make and I need to print more clips to have around just incase, so its about time to fire it up again. They can be fun and handy that’s for sure.
Hmmm … Research will ensue
There have been lots of decent prices ones lately. Ender 3 is what I have. I think @Nagel420 has like 8 of them or something lol.
You guys are awesome! I may try it again some day. My problem atm is I have a perpetual thing going in the same tent. Moved from a small tent to a larger tent and wanted to fill it with goodies lol so I have a couple in flower, the rest in veg. I’ll have to wait til I’m done with these autos and try it on some photos. That way one doesn’t jump ahead of the rest and leave me frustrated again
I think I’d actually like to try this on some clones. Seems like I could get a lot of clones in 1gal pots, short veg, large yield and that support would definitely be needed.
Thank you for your help. I appreciate it. I may hit you up again when I actually go to try it so I can show you what’s going on.
Clones or strains that grew similar would be the best for sure. It is pretty annoying when half your plants in the canopy are not running at the same rate either from genetics or health (like was my case in the 3x3 bed)
Just a few 4 “normal” ender 3s, a 400x400 modified ender 3, a pair of AM8’s and a dual color one thats a PITA (and a resin, Mars, printer). They have been hard at work ALL day printing money, got a bunch of orders out of nowhere, and I am scrambling to print em all! Whoot whoot! needed that!!
@HeadyBearAdventures Ender 3 / 3Pro are solid entry level machines with TONS of users and related experiences. Highly recommend the ender 3 (unless you have the cash for a Prusa, which is 4x as much but the same print area). You will find ALL sorts of uses for it!!
Thanks buddy, I’m always on the lookout for a new obsession!
I think 8 3D printers qualifies as an obsession ROFLMAO
Do you have any kind of design skills? even CAD skills? because if ya do, then your imagination is your only limit… LOL
Yup, take and bake and a pair of 20g fabric pots… curious to see how it goes
Aah gotcha, good to hear. Should have quite a bit of soil left over if you are just doing 2 20 gallon pots, so that could be good depending on what your doing. I know someone that ended up using the 100 gallon living soil pot that comes with the take and bake to mix it up in. Plopped it in a 4x4 tent and went at it lol.
My biggest worry is that much soil making humidity impossible to control. I guess it’s inevitable that I’ll end up with a dehumidifier, I had just hoped to be able to keep things in range on my home HVAC.
Where I live I end up having to pump humidity into the tents all year for the most part. I was hoping all the soil would make it where I did not have to use a humidifier much, but that did nto happen for me heh.
Dammit. I was really hoping that very same thing for my tent here in the damn desert! My tent humidity is always low
Uug same… That’s one reason I am going to get this automation set up for some tents. Hoping I can control the exhaust and humidity to where I can get some more time out of my humidifiers lol.
Its not so bad with the colder weather because I don’t have to exhaust as much to help with the temp.
Late update, these pics are from the other day. 30 day mark.
Video clip, may have to try to upload it somewhere else since it wont play here. Can click and check it out though.
The pictures are great but the video really brings it home how nicely packed your tent is.
I’ll bet you get a record level harvest out of there!
How’s the smell when you crack the tent?
Cheers
G
I assume this will be the best single tent harvest I have got so far as well, even with the front 2 being much smaller/runty. The smell from the tent is getting pretty nice, lots of fruit smells coming out at the moment

Yummy looking, enjoy
