What if the person making the joke has the condition that they are making fun of, like Josh Blue (highly recommend!!) and cerebral palsy. Can we make fun of a middle aged men for balding?

Well balding as one gets older is aging, not a medical condition, but I say use your own moral compass. No need for anyone but me to go by mine.

IMO, it’s their right to make fun of things that they cannot control as a form of having some control over their situation.
