I like that photo a lot. You don’t often see pictures of new born kids with vernix intact. The stuff is kind of sticky and has an odd feel to it.
While my first wife and I had a very experienced naturopathic doctor at our house when our kids were born, I did the catching. I was the first person to touch them as they took their first breath. Only my daughter needed a little “encouragement” to take that first breath. My son was immediately and totally yelling about shit right from the start! 
Guaranteed it wasn’t ‘boring’ or a ‘Lazy day’ for the old woman bustling around the kitchen!
100%! Lady Z, my Nanny (grandmother) would run circles in her kitchen, stopping just long enough to whoop some young man’s ass for dippiing his fingers into what ever she was making! 100% love, miss you Nanny.
