This pic reminds me of a storey I saw in the paper about 20 years ago. An old guy in a wheelchair crossed the rd in a wheel chair between two big 18 wheelers while they were stopped at lights in Hammersmith, London UK, just before you get on the M4 highway. The lights went green and the trucks started moving and the one he was in front of didn’t see him. He ended up stuck in front of it for 23 miles going down the highway until the truck was pulled over by the police. I bet he used a cross walk every time after that
