Nose strips as support

Just had an accident while doing LST and broke the main stem.

Found out that nose strips are a nice way to secure and close the injury.

Nice move. I just use whatever kind of tape is close at hand/I happen to grab first.

Although I will splint for serious errors.

I got pieces of such cable

Apart of using single stripes for barely anything to bend or stabelize branches, a cut-up 2" piece of the mantle is what I use in such situation.

/EDIT full copper verlegekabel

Good luck :ambulance:

i also use to use cable /wire to bend my plants but to splint a broken stem with the Mantle is great :+1:

Thats when its beneficial to have hollow stem plants, a wooden skewer to strengthen the break then tape.
