Pisses me off I haven’t fixed this girl yet but I’m stumped.
She was a 4’ lady stuck in a 1gal pot getting barely any light from my 11 bulb LED DIY fixture for months but healthy and green from the bottom up with light feeds of Mega Crop nutes in RO water.
Late Nov. I repotted her sideways into a 7gal pot to fit a 3x3’ ScroG screen I made up quick with sheep fencing and bamboo sticks I cut to fit. Then I went to BC for 3 weeks leaving the wife to care for my girl.
Got carried away about the car so here’s some pot pics.
This is her on Dec. 6 when I first got home. I repotted her two days before I left about 3 weeks before. The wife did a good job taking care of her and the 24 small plants living upstairs.
I flipped her to 12/12 on Dec. 11 so today she is a full 3 weeks int flower and doing shitty. A week ago I decided I needed more floor space so flipped her against the wall. Was easy as hell. 600W Hortilux Super HPS off a digital ballast I got used in BC. Ballast, bulb and shroud all wired up for $60 a set. Bought 5 sets and gifted 2 to a local buddy. Light EnerG ACE ballasts. MH/HPS with 75%, 50% dimmer options.
I got home on the 5th of Dec driving my mom’s 2008 Saturn Vue with only 120,000km on the dial. She promised to give me the car when she died a few years back but called me up to come get it as she figured the car might die before she did and she was 92 last Aug. lol
Sweet ride for an old fart like me. Looks like every other cross-over type vehicle that fills most parking lots. Dark grey with light grey accents inside. Wife and I both love it.
Not so cheap on gas tho. A couple months before we drove our 2005 Malibu to Grande Prairie. Filled up at the Esso then went home. Two days later drove to town and filled up for $15. Did the same with the new beast and it was $25. So much better about driving the Vue tho.
Way better viewing position, incredibly better headlights, AWD, 1 year old real snow tires and full brake system rebuild 6 months before I got it. Crack in the windshield that isn’t in the driver’s view and passed the inter-provincial inspection when I got it home. Mom wanted to pay for that with the $250 deductible she had but I told her not to bother.
Still bugs me. lol
Shitload of other projects on the list. Sebring sent me enough stuff to begin my fem seed experiments but still hunting for more sodium thiosulfate, anhydrous. Cheap like borscht but rare on Canadian sites. I already made enough silver nitrate to do a dozen batches but nee the other stuff!
Making more RSO for the wife to help fight her liver tumors before she gets her next scan in March sometime if. 6 months from a failed biopsy? WTF! BS! Seeing the doc next week as a couple and I’m raising hell! Get her in for some sort of surgery to get a tumor sample and find out what kind of crap is going on in there! Could be benign cysts or a killer cancer but we just don’t know!
She had to have an adrenal gland removed 12 years ago because of a supposed benign tumor. Just found out when she went to see about the gut pain caused by the new tumors that that old tumor was MALIGNANT!
12 f’n years later! I either got to sue someone or sell my soul to big pharma like all the other sheeple. ;(
Anyway, life goes on for the meanwhile while I wait for my new 8" inline fan, 64gig Pi computer kit and another pile of goodies to show up from Amazon.
Merry Xmas to me! lol
