NPK + Ca,Mg basis for daily/weekly feeding for flowering stage (beginning of 3rd month)

last month my plant has got N 2580 P 3094 K 5385 (PPM) and that was very very low value
i see P&K deficiency
can u suggest how much PPM will be needed on daily/weekly basis for my plant

end of 8th week
plant’s got total of N=0, P=2041, K=2341, S=19, Mg=70 ppm
symptoms of P def has stopped
internodes have shortened
