I have 2 of the california lightworks lights. Its just a pc fan right? Might be worth just replacing them after 7+ years.

Hey Paps,
I got a few lights in past few weeks, but not new ones.
I think now, all the gardens, I’ve help set up, in the past 20 years, around here, have gave up their grows up for the dispo weed system, or they aged out.
They were mostly freaked out about selling their stuff off, so they asked me if I take it off their hands, tents, lights, fans, filters, all the goodies for a complete set ups.
I did barter, with a mushroom grower, who wanted a tent and goodies for it, for a specific strain to be isolated.
They gave me a huge bag, of perfectly grown, dried, shrooms, far more then we bargained for.
We have been micro dosing almost every morning, after I capped up a bunch of OO sized capsules.
You garden is looking crazy good man!

Ok all my plant gurus this is the 3 rd time this happened to me
This time it was with my chocolate rain male hermied
Last grow was kolossus all 5 males did this
And i forgot who else
But is it genetics or environmental?
I’ve never in 20 years doing this has this happened and now 3 x’s in a year
Could it be the small tent environment , maybe the light itself or leaks
But why not all the plants in there why only certain plants?
I will say that the cr male was a weak looking plant and was very slow to grow ( just a weird plant )
Yet no issues with the other project ?

If it’s only males and in a small environment could it perhaps be due to ethylene being produced by the plants? It seems unlikely that they would produce enough to have any real effect but if not enough air is being circulated and exhausted it could be the reason.
I’m no guru just throwing out potential causes. If females in the same environment are not going intersex I would guess it has something to do with that.

I normally leave that tent open it has good air intake and circulation
I imagine it’s something to look into

If the tent is normally open I doubt that is the reason, unless it’s in a small room with a bunch of other plants. Even still I would doubt enough ethylene is being produced to have an impact like that.

Loads of thai in the CR lineage, paps, so could just be bad luck.
