I transferred 2 plants into the Octopots i reused my pro mix just added perlite and mycro fungi

So I set up the mini Octopots today for a bag @SaintAliasKnife uses these really neat 12 in high fabric bags I wanted to try

Here’s a few pics of set up
I just needed to make 2 cuts and net pot installed

I just filled the bag like the big Octopots and used @Jetdro ’s turbo method to get them going
Only filled the reservoir 1/3 like the big Octopots also

Well I don’t think I missed anything

Some plants still need to make up their minds on what sex they are

1 killer cookies and 1 papas punch will go into the big Octopots
When ready 1 mac 1 and the amnesia haze cut to go into the mini Octopots
And the rest in 2 gallon fabric bags if I get a over abundance of ladies

love the variety @Papalag . That bi level planting in the octo sleeve is interesting. What are the benefits?
I dont know if the tall bags are of any benefit but they dont seem to be a hindrance from my observations. Best of luck with your run, Watching.

I set the bags up and am hopeful that there going to show there lady parts soon lol

I just ordered a pair of those pots also, although I’ll be adding a gravity fed filling system, I just have to find a way to keep the control bin stable. Once that’s figured out its off to the recliner for a lazy run hopefully.

What are the benefits?

It’s all about the root zone
The 12 inch hight should allow for the different levels of wet to dry for optimum development and to drive the roots to the reservoir
Make them work for their dinner lol
