Actually, Cross Canadian Ragweed is from my town. Yukon, Oklahoma. Also the hometown of another minor star, Garth Brooks. Never met any of them.
Yukon is in Canadian County, thus the name.

I am working on a band, some of their prices are pretty outrageous. I have dedicated $2500 for this event, a lot of that will go to things I have to purchase to make this all happen like the main tent, food for everyone for 2 days, drinks, and such.
If this is a hit I may decide to host one next year also and will at least have some of the stuff already purchased for this year.
I am doing my best to get this all together in time for this to happen, and it looks like it wonāt be a problem at all.
If a band is not possible there definatly will be music and an open mic and equipment for anyone that wants to perform.

For the folks who are not planning on camping or that sort of thingā¦ this IS the Tulsa area. Its huge. Hotels, and motels literally EVERYWHERE.

Are you inviting some of the (choice) general public or is this OG only?
Reason I ask is thats a lot of work and outlay of Dinero for just 20 or so people.

I am going to invite my neighbors and a few close personal friends (very few) but other than that it is OG members and who they bring. I do realize it wonāt be a large gathering but there is still a month and a half for folks to sign up and I would rather be ready to accommodate for more than expected than to fall shortā¦ā¦.

If you are not signed up yet please do so on the first post of this thread. If you have signed up and canāt make it please let me know ASAP so I at least have a general idea of how many are showing up.
One week before this party is going to start I will be closing this wiki so that no one can sign up, it doesnāt mean you canāt come, PM me and I will add you to the list or not add you, whatever is desired by you.
The reason I am shutting the wiki down a little early is so I donāt get swamped by last minute entries. I have to have some kind of idea beforehand of how many folks are showing up in order to buy enough food and drink for everyone.
I will update this thread periodically to give everyone that wants to come a chance to do so.

Iām pretty sure I will be there on at least the first afternoon and evening. Wife has had a time recently with illness so not sure if she will come or not. If so, we may get a hotel room for the evening and attend 2 days. We will see. But honestly we are very light eaters.
