This is Round #1 of our 2025 Fundraiser, an opportunity to support the site we all love while scoring some incredible genetics from generous and talented donors. Your contributions go directly toward keeping Overgrow online and thriving, helping us maintain this one-of-a-kind hub for growers, breeders, and enthusiasts alike.

How it works:

• Out generous members have donated up to three seed lots, each containing unique and often exclusive strains.
• You can place bids on the seed packs in the auction section. Support the site, and bring home something special for your garden!

• Each lot will be awarded to the highest bidder.
• To place a bid, reply directly to this topic.
  • You must bid on each lot separately, clearly stating the lot number and your bid amount in USD.
  • You may place bids on multiple lots in a single post.
• Only your most recent bid on a lot will count.
  • Each new bid cancels your previous bid on that same lot.
• Please tag the person you outbid using @ to notify them. It keeps the auction competitive and fun!
• Starting bid is $10 USD per lot, with a minimum bid increment of $5 USD.
• Bidding ends on 2025-04-10T19:59:59Z
  • Bids must be submitted on or before the last second of the auction deadline to be valid.

• Please note that shipping costs will be added to your final bid total.

Frankenstein

All seeds were bought in 1998
White Russian
Sour Diesel
The Pure(Skunk#1)
Blueberry
White Rhino
Hawaiian Snow
G13
Then added Maui Wowie
and crossed back with;
White Russian
sour diesel
I took 3.5 years to blend these strains, with literally hundreds of seedlings/clones in cups, all labeled and cataloged. Then another 1.5 years to smooth her out to a consistent stable plant.
I named her Frankenstein for obvious reasons, lol… parts of many to make ‘The One’! She wasn’t bred for commercial use, I bred her out of love for the plant and as personal/medicinal for the wife and myself.
All our friends and family got to where that was all they wanted, over any othersI had available. I’d pass out seeds and clones along with buddage. They’d take the buddage/seeds/clones back to their home towns/states and she became gradually known across the country.
I always asked only that no one mention my name, for reasons I’m sure most understand, lol.If looked up online, you’ll see ‘breeder unknown, lineage unknown’, but there were a lot of folks in the Ganja world that knew, but kept my secret, due to my doing all of this in an illegal state!
For over 23 yrs this has been our daily smoke. You never become inured or immune to it, and it always performs! She has been grown as a ‘clone only’ for all these years. Just a few years ago, a few clones were reversed by myself and a few other growers, and used to pollinate other Frankie’s clones, to make feminized seeds.
She is a very dominant stand alone strain that I’ve hit with pollen from many other strains… nothing affects her! The growth pattern and buzz/effect, so you pretty much get ‘Frankenstein’ no matter what cross you buy! lol Extremely hardy, near impossible to stress. She is a Nitrogen hog.
One or two good hits will give you an uplifted/energetic buzz. Stoned but wanting to get things done.3-4 hits and you’re pretty good n stoned, but can still function, smoke the whole doobie and relax/go to bed time.

The yield was just over 3.5lbs on this one.

The Thunder Rose and Frankie’s lil Pony are both crosses of her, and both are similar in growth to Frankenstein…

Yes yes they are!

These pics were taken right after pollination, the above pictures are of the mother I harvested the seeds from. I only pollinated some lower branches.

Wouldn’t be an issue if other columns were narrower, but this seems like a simpler solution.

But whatever. If it’s not broken, it don’t need fixing.
