The wheel is spun to see who gets priority order in getting their money scheme implemented first.

A good next step would to be for people in Ohio would be to call their representatives, especially if they voted to limit homegrown. Let them know your opinion on the matter.
Come primary season look for candidates that support homegrown and cannabis legalization.
