Not sure did it has been suggested, your post is a month old, but what about dry ice for thrips? Put them in a rubbermaid like you have add dry ice and cover. Should take care of them…
haven’t seen any thrips since the bt mont spray, and some captain jacks. thank god.
All 4 lamps are burning. Still need to up pot a couple. All have been topped and defoliated. Started backing off the grow nutes, slowly will be introducing my bloom mix, after Mondays flush. Hempys are picking up steam fast. From what I can tell it’s a room of chick’s. Dudes club is out in the snow.
I should note the plant in the 3rd pic is setup in a hempy with the roots organics soilless mix as a topper. Ran out of perlite for the last 2 inches up top
Started putting in my bloom bulbs. Really excited about the growers choice 3100k r 500w bulb. The spectrum is puts out is ridiculous, tons of intensity. This should take care of those airy buds I experienced last run
Out giving the plants a little positive energy therapy. Before any big transformation I like to give them positive affirmations. Heard about it on multiple podcasts decided to give it a try. Hahaha haha just kidding I’m out prepping them for torture. They’re all about to get their spread eagle on
You pulled out of the nosedive at the end!
Nice.
lol don’t think i wasn’t thinking about it.

The trellis is easy to setup solo
Snow day means I get to ti ker around. Made a little recirculating hempy and a trellis setup.
Finally complete. Once the silicone cures the bucket will be filled with a nice mix of perlite, vermiculite, and coco. This setup will get parked under the 500w. I have the perfect plant for this setup. My jinxproof vixen is such a vigorous grower, she may explode with constant feeding
Running out of my botanicare and there’s about a foot of snow on the ground. looks like im gonna switch over to cutting edge solutions. I have the full like even though its about 7 months old. Pretty sure its still good. @dequilo should I pour out the mix in the res’s or would a flush be okay?
you could flush it if you like with no harm
enjoy your snow we are getting pounded here right now and the wind is howling
grow well and plant seeds
Dequilo
ive already introduced the botanicare bloom line, so i dont think im gonna flush. ill give it 40% runoff that should be enough to clear out the old mix. I heard a lot of good things about cutting edge solutions while me and the wife were getting married in oregon. Mt hood cannabis co recommended that stuff. He said guys were doing some incredible things with it up there.
currently soaking some azomite in water for potassium silicate. amazing what you can learn online when you’re out of your go to nutrients lol
The room currently day 2 flower.
The hempys are getting huge, did some training and set stakes for supports. If necessary i can build a complete cage around them. Will throw in the recirculating hempy contraption under an open space near the front. Might move the smallest center hempy to a 315 and use the 500w for the recirculating. Anyone have a better suggestion?
Great looking grow, the plants are doing fantastic.
Bonus points for correctly tied knots on the SCROG net.
Advice? Keep doing what you’re doing!
Cheers

Gave em a good foilar feeding of amino and mag. Theyre gonna look great in the am. Lights are putting out 1445 watts of cmh 3100 and 4200 spectrum. My bigger hempys are under the 500w, their growth is too ridiculous to waste under 315s. Nothing wrong w 315s but I want some fat dense buds
@Gpaw or @tc198414 since did it right can you point me in direction of how to properly tie the knots not ready to make one yet but my tent I’m looking at getting I’ll be wanting to throw one together
The ‘go to’ book is “The Ashley Book of Knots” it is the encyclopedia of knot tying.
The knot in question is a ‘sheet bend’ looks like 2 intersecting loops before pulled tight.
There are several that can be used.
Cheers

my uncle used to tie his own throw (casting) nets.and sell them every weekend at the lake… guess who got to help?
so this is my current light situation as you can see… I really want to change the directions my right end lights are facing to provide more light intensity in the main grow area… my brother in law is building me a set but this damn snow is putting a hamper on the process… hows everyone affected with the weather dealing?
Brewing some tea
Added a pump sitting with the top facing the bottom of the bucket to stir up stuff on the bottom. A pump with injecting from the top obviously. Getting as much dissolved oxygen as possible. Roots organic terp tea bloom mix, recharge, aloe, small amount of og biowar nute pack, Epsom salt and 24 hours in a bucket
