This is so cool. So many HPS and hydroponics setups in these shots. Back in the early 2000 i feel like hydro was king. I had an Aeroponic kit, and use to lurk on OG to watch the masters like BOG do their thing. Good times, thank you for sharing.

That is an old general hydroponics AeroFlo system. Looks like it might be the 36 site model (it’s definitely either the 36 or 60 but I’m pretty sure it’s the 36).

I ran them for many, many years. General hydroponics discontinued them years ago but I was still using them right up until Covid hit in 2020 and the guy who’s house my equipment was at just ghosted me. He did at least split our final harvest with me but he disappeared after that with all my equipment. Multiple aeroflo’s, a bunch of lights, hoods, ballasts, water chillers, clone machines, t5 veg lights. Drying nets. A big ass stockpile of nutrients including Dutch Masters Zone (which was discontinued in the U.S.).

I do still have a bunch of parts for the aeroflo and am planning to build my own again some day. The design is really simple but super effective. They are a combo of low pressure aeroponics/mist and NFT. I know I could easily build my own. I already have the manifold assembled, which is the trickiest part.

Still to this day I have never used any system that can match the growth rates of the Aeroflo. Like, 5-7 days veg and you better flip to flower or sh*t will be overgrown. lol

There’s still at least one person here running aeroflo’s. It’s in the sponsor section. “als weed” iirc
