This is how I feel too. I never expected seeds when I found out OG was back. I used to frequent this place for info and help to not make stupid mistakes, and learn from others experience. It was a sad day when OG was gone. But you’re so right @OleReynard about how this generation is just too open about blatantly asking for freebies.

I’m not as old as a lot of you guys, but this is exactly how I felt back in the mid 90s when I started growing. I’ve had friends and mentors get busted and it made me give up for quite a long time. One buddy was even deported back to France. I was working in a head shop when project pipe dream came down. Had detectives just pushing their way past me with no warrant to see what was going on in the back room. My buddy was back there puffing on some frosty White widow. The cop came out with the tiny nug left in the jar and we both told him it was wizard smoke. (From the back of the high times magazine) they said they were gonna test it, but we never heard anything back. Talk about anxiety. Somehow that head shop is still around today.
I got busted with a bag. Thankfully I’m a privileged white guy. Hah. Anyone remember color code? I’ve definitely lived thru some shit. Thanks for acknowledging my activeness @Chronickyle . One day I’ll feel safe enough to have my own thread.

Well 4th of July today.
Kids headed back to Illinois this morning, folks leaving tomorrow I guess.

Mom’s cold blooded needs to be in heat, when it’s 90 plus and high humidity she loves that shit.
Needless to say this old boy has adjusted to the Northern life, I like it so so.

Nothing for them to do both at the age where dad takes retirement to whole nother meaning, doing nothing.
So he don’t have the gumption to even do 18 holes of put put.
Mom is always looking for sympathy for something or other.
Can’t fuckin wait to get older.

A buddy of mine sent me a bunch of gumm ies cbd and active sent the boy home with half to help him sleep after this covid shit.
He’s getting stronger by the day, hopefully he’s goes to 100%.
Starts back to work next Monday.

A buddy of mines grandson came up for a week if fishing, 14 years old.
Loves to fish, his parents slide him over to his grandparents and vice versa.
No need to tell him what to do he just does it.
Emptied the garbage every night, cleaned out the boat , very polite.
Grandparents and his parents didn’t believe it, they don’t give this kid credit for anything.
Would like to see some of that out of my own grandson but he’s into being a smartass 16 year old with no respect.
But he’s mine and I love him regardless.

Nothing happening here on the grow scene except for veggies. Still a full couple months away. Feel a bit lost not having shit rolling.

This year concentrating on some Bandaid, sour d run, landrace ghanis, breaking out some old durban poison lines.
Both nspectas and ghosts BK’S.
Pretty much breaking away from commercial lines.

Getting great reports on my RKS and cherry 47’s from my river valley friends.
Testing will be complete and ready for market more than likely next spring.
Took everything down and came back empty if that’s telling you anything.
These been tested many ways, heat, humidity, drought bug and disease resistance inside and outside.

It for this round, ya all come back now ya hear.

I think you are going to like Ghost’s Bubba Kush S1s. They do grow faster, and produce bigger than the other Bubba Kushes I have grown. We’ll need to see about the potency part but think he probably nailed it with these. Mine could have used some topping or training to get some more branching.

Understandably brother. I k ow joe made it so there was a time period where you couldn’t lose it, until that period was up, but I don’t remember how long. 3 or 6 months maybe, so by that last month b4 it expires, you gotta make sure you got your stats up to par. I don’t completely agree with it, but it’s better than it was, I guess.

But I kid. I appreciate hearing others opinions. And I never look at stats on here anyway. I’m just addicted to reading posts on here. I don’t use Facebook or any of those other social media type sites. My new job has limited me in that department though, so I’ll probably get the downgrade sometime too.
