Hey you wild eyed Pistil Wavers! What’s happnin’? I chopped the Cali-O today. She has a delightful pine scent that I hope stays. This harvest convinced me to go back to 5 gal pots. Nothing smaller. I went to 3 gal this run and the plants are just too small. Won’t be doing that again! Now in that tent are 4 Grendel by @Olreynard @1 wk of 12/12. In the other tent are 3 BlkDak/Pine Tar Kush by @lefthandseeds and 2 Garland by @Olreynard at wk 5. One more day of 70 degrees then snow and ice on Thursday. Texas weather!

How many weeks did you veg your grendel? Mine are about a week above ground at present!

Probably 5 weeks waiting for space in the flower tent. I try for 4 weeks generally but those late and slow bloomers fuck it up sometimes.

I may throw some Grendel into my next grow, and maybe that Cali-O. The pine smells sound great. Is the Grendel the one by Blazing Pistoleros? Seems like I asked Ole Reynard about it before I got it. It sounds good and strong.

The Cali-O is taking forever to dry. I’m anxious to see if it held the pine scent. I sprouted 4 Apple Fritter/Tropicana Cookies. Should be interesting. Enjoy your weekend brother.
Hey I read something about weather forecast for February and it sounds excellent! Warmer than normal. I think we’re gonna make it through the winter with no plant issues due to cold temps. However, the Summer could be hotter than 700 Hells!

I’m worried about the summer, too. It’s been mild but man January has decided it’s a new year, lol… Snowed last night a few inches. Went back to 44 today, and 18 tonight. Mild tomorrow, and more snow Tuesday with cold nights all week. We’ll probably skip right over spring. With the exception of last year, it’s about normal; winter to summer all in one week. I hope not. We did have too much rain last year which led to more insects and molds and shit.
The room I have going now is really ticking along. It has 9 foot ceilings, and so far I’ve been able to keep the temps and humidity pretty steady. Temps avg. around 72 and around 40% humidity. I’d like to vent some fresh air in but it’s been really cold at night. This whole house is a little leaky as it is, so, I just keep the bedroom door open most of the day. The BR is in the front of the house and I open the front door a few times in the day. If the wind isn’t blowing and it’s sunny, I can open the front and back doors and get lots of nice fresh air in the early afternoon. So far those Space Monkey plants are looking really nice. It’s about time. I got lazy last year and everything suffered. It’s in a section of the bedroom with the front window there and between two closets and is about 6-7 feet wide.
Just hanging close to the house this weekend. I need to start that thread tonight maybe. I sure wish that cannabis plants grew faster. Damn shame we had to wait till we’re old farts to get legalization and millions of seeds to play with along with state of the art grow room equipment! 
I feel the damn clock ticking in the background. I think I was doing a rough estimate of how long it would take to grow the seeds I have… it was something like 30 years… I suppose I could still be rocking some plants at 96. 
Probably not gonna have a whole lot of anything else to do at that age. Get up early, strap on the diaper, and hit the grow room with a doob in my mouth and a smile on my face.

I guess it’s not that bad. Actually I’ve been a little obsessed about my mortality lately. I’ll be turning 70 this year and both of my parents died in their 70s. Some say there are genetics at play in the timing of one’s demise. Who knows? I’m walking on the knifes edge battling crippling depression over it. But I figure if I am indeed a member of the “single digit club”, it makes no sense to spend any time fretting about it. I refuse to just sit around and wait to die! Take care my friend.

Yeah, I feel like we’re in the short timer’s club. You have a lot of family so maybe they’ll keep you too busy to go anywhere. It sure doesn’t seem like it should be time. Do all we can do and see all we can! Onward…

Gettin’ old ain’t for sissies, lol! I’ll be 75 in May. I can’t do as much as I used to, but I can still a lot. Just gotta pace yourself, and holler when you need some help… not that anybody will listen, lol!
