Growers Choice Seeds are they a legit Company or are they White Label? So far I have been told both. Below is the website.
I don’t plan to spend money, But they hit me up on Insta and asked if I would grow out some of their seeds and provide feedback, they are sending me the seeds Free Of charge, SO even if they are “white label” and not suitable to work into my breeding project, its still free smoke for feedback lol
I’m fond of this one ^^ It’s the press kit of sensi WL COB (40 bucks the 10 seeds, instead 100 ^^) used for a “diesel” release.
I use the Sensi WL COB in one of my projects, but not for the SD ^^ It’s just that i know what it is, in buying directly these seeds at the source (not relabeled). It’s not so black & white, the most famous case is the Bubblegum of BOG that still print the surviving releases. It was a WL pack cracked ^^
Its probably a sign when the grower is reaching out to people on IG asking people to grow their stuff. Maybe worth a shot for some folks, but I wouldn’t do it. Tons and tons of breeders that are well known to be solid, especially around Overgrow.
I would say do some online research and don’t worry about the term white label bc there have been many grown in my garden with great results. If it’s a strain that interests you go for it especially being free… Now breeding is a different story but even then there are plenty of worthy phenos. Personally haven’t grown grower’s choice but if someone wants me to run them for free send them my way I don’t discriminate
Any firm that rips off names to cause confusion get a big fat middle finger from me. I got some as freebies recently but I’ll feed them to the dickies. That’s not a value judgment but when folk think that they’re ACTUALLY buying and growing Bruce Banner or Apples n Bananas when they’re not is straight out fucked up. Might be good plants lurking at growers choice but definitely no good people

I haven’t personally grown their gear but from all the reading I’ve done, yeah they seem like a “white label” outfit but honestly that’s not always a bad thing

The Dutch game is very little in fact, it’s just the catalogs that are looking big ^^
Now i’m convinced that a “meta white label” is the future.
“White labeling” is not bad if made with care and breeders specialized in one line or three (for such collective). The Dutch super-centralization is not a model, it’s their own vision of how it should work.
I think it’s a sign you’ll get asked by a better company sooner than later.
Believed to be the same as pacific seed bank. They been offering free seeds for awhile and will send 9 seeds, 3 of three strains. I have some i’m waiting to pop up.
Some have a tester program/the owner will send you free testers. Smaller growers are more than happy to give you seeds and just ask you to make a grow log if anything.
You do what you need to.

I believe they gotten a bad rep from low quality seeds so they’re offering them free to people hoping they won’t know better and give them good reviews. They been personally offering people free seeds on different platforms for a while now. I was staying away from it but i emailed them and they offered to let me pick strains of interest so i have 3 seeds of three strains. I’m germinating 2 strains of all three seeds.Cat piss, sour tsunami and pennywise. Cat piss and sour tsunami are some of my favorites, pennywise is a killer one i been interested in.
I hope you find what your seeking, from them.

People love free stuff. Seeds are great loss leaders because they get potential leads with very little loss so it’s a win win for them. Proof that it worked is this post and me never having heard of them. Now I Have and it cost them a few seeds.
