Organical's not really organic, (mis)adventure's in growing!

Stoked to try and get something rank out of them :skunk: :skull_and_crossbones:
Thanks again brother - hopefully my first attempt at clones this run will be successful, in case of keepers!

Whats the nose like at chop for the sunset boss? It looks beautiful. I see alot of both in the bud structure.

Thanks brother!
It has this funky/muskiness to it that I can’t quite place - my wife even commented about it being an almost “savory” musk. Some earthy funk, but not like hay or chlorophyl, more like mushrooms? I’ve been trying my best to refine my nose so to speak lol. But yeah, I’m really excited to get this dried and then to the cure - I realy think it’s gonna shine after a few weeks.

I’ll post some pre-chop glamour shots in your thread in a few minutes here as well my friend! @hoss8455

Here’s those shots for my thread as well  -

Don’t like endorsing particular brands - but I did buy this product this year and it changed my rooting game… this stuff makes roots explode - when I bought this stuff I had a bunch of cuttings at almost 2 weeks of no growth… I dipped them in this after it arrived and days later they all started exploding, even tho they were old cuttings, calloused and almost dying.

I do not like the health disclaimer on the bottle - stuff sounds absolutely toxic from the warnings, but with care, this product absolutely crushes the root game.

Appreciate that, I was actually looking at my options this morning as far as rooting was concerned! I’ll just go ahead and order this and save myself some time

It will not let ya down - I’m usually an advocate for free and non toxic. I used to only use aloe Vera and soil under a dome, but the quantity/quality of roots in the time - makes this product a notable one. You won’t be disappointed.

Another vote for Dip N Grow. I have extremely minimal experience, but had a 100% (2 of 2) root rate from my “welp, we’ll fuckin’ see” attempt at cloning. It was cheap and sold for general plant propagation use, no “clone” branding markup for weed people.

So the wife got me a little early Christmas gift :gift: -

Very pleased with it, and I wasn’t crazy off using the little test strips and matching the color - but I was off by enough that it was probably affecting some stuff. I was bringing it too low before, I think to like 5.5. Corrected that, so hopefully the Green Crack finishes out strong and the BOHs appreciate it.

I got tails on 8/12, but everyone went into some soil. I had bought this little seed tray awhile ago and never used it, honestly because I had already gotten going and I didn’t check to see that I was out of solo cups lol. I’ll let them ride for a moment in this and then transfer. If you can make out my scribble, the ones with Xs underneath didn’t pop in the paper. So the Cap Junky, the 2 Pina Pound Cakes and 1 Pure Land Hashplant. We had tails on all 4 of the Uncle Jair’s, the Northern Lights #2, the 3 quarter diesel and 2 PLHP.

Anyways, hype to get some stuff going into the big tent! We’ll let everything go from start to finish in it this run - and somewhere in between now and then we’ll get the next round going in the soon to be veg 3x3.
I hope everyone has a good rest of the week!

Happy Saturday my friends!

I’ll be honest, the plants have looked better in my tent lol. I did a heavy defoliation on the Green Crack last night, and from what I can tell the newer growth isn’t looking too bad, but I was really off with my PH for a while there - I was almost certainly locking out some nutrients in the process. I hope we corrected in time to finish strong with her, the buds are looking fine, and she still has a candy, fruity stink  .

The Blood Orange Haze’s are mostly okay, I should have set up the auto waterer for the solo last week like I said I was going to. I have a plan but I won’t be able to sort it until Monday, unfortunately. Solo is just a little sad from not enough drink, and I believe the PH problem is what all that discoloration is on the bucket girl. Already seeing some pistils poking out on both.

We got strong seedlings on 7 so far, all 4 of the Uncle Jair’s, NL #2, 3 Quarter Diesel, and 1 Pure Land Hashplant. The Cap Junky and 1 more PLHP are above ground, just need a skosh more time - and we’ll see about the last PLHP. As far as the Pina Pound Cake’s are concerned, I’ll be honest, they are some extremely hard and dark seeds. I manually cracked them in my teeth yesterday, I shouldn’t have today but I dug around a little and saw tails poking out on both so I’m very hopeful we see something out of them!

The new tent setup is amazing, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and I’m stoked to get some stuff underneath the EVO8. I also took down the Sunset Manor and grove bagged it last night, but I went too early, It was at 62% last night but it creeped up to 70 by now so I’m gonna let it sit out overnight I think and I’ll put it back in the bag in the morning. It was 134g when I weighed it, maybe lose a touch more since it was still a bit humid but - not bad!

Anyways, I hope everyone is having a good weekend and thanks for popping in :love_you_gesture:

The ol tooth crack, been there recently, teeth are the perfect tool for the job.

Happy to hear the vigour in those beans. Keen to see more.:muscle:

Garden not looking to shabby, in good hands I see.

Appreciate it brother.

The Uncle Jair’s have been ahead of the rest in their short lives, with tails and popping out of the soil first. Good signs at the start for them!

Yoo.

Hey bro be mindful that your watering the hempies until water SHOOTS out of the hole. It’s important to kind of flush that res out a little at the bottom of the bucket. A nice big flush with ph corrected nute water is a fix-all as well.

New tent looks slick man… nice…

Hey brother!
I think I’ve been neglecting that a bit, I definitely need to be watering heavier, thank you my friend.

Can’t wait to fill this thing to the brim haha

Yes sir. I typically do a nice smooth pour into 1 spot, same spot each watering. No good reason to get all of the perlite wet, most of the roots up in the perlite are focused on oxygen anyways. Really the focus is on a nice fill-up and refresh of the res at the bottom of the bucket. It’s definitely annoying getting rid of the run-off, I know those little clear drip drays can be flimsy af lol.

Haha you got that right on the flimsy trays.

I actually bought this ‘engine oil extractor’ (ELEAD 500cc Oil Extractor Pump, Oil Transfer Pump, Fluid Extractor, Fluid Syringe Extractor, Car Vacuum Fuel Transfer, Siphon Pump for Gasoline Hand Cleaner for auto Mechanics Amazon.com: ELEAD 500cc Oil Extractor Pump, Oil Transfer Pump, Fluid Extractor, Fluid Syringe Extractor, Car Vacuum Fuel Transfer, Siphon Pump for Gasoline Hand Cleaner for auto Mechanics : Automotive)

I know you use a shop vac but I wanted something I could be doing in the middle of the night without waking the fam, it works pretty well to get it out.

And that makes perfect sense as far as not getting the perlite wet all around, much appreciated as always my friend :love_you_gesture:

Awesome dude, I’m buying it :100:

Excellent :ok_hand:, the only thing I had to get used to was pulling it off as I was drawing back on the plunger, otherwise you lose the water that is currently in the tube. But yeah, works pretty well as a noiseless solution!

So… time has gotten away from me and I didn’t realize that the Green Crack is… done .

I had realized I hadn’t used the scope at all for her so far, and that was what I saw across the board! I just checked the seedsman description for it and it says the seedling to harvest is 8-9 weeks, we’re at 74 days today haha.

I’m gonna get to chopping her, here’s a few bud shots before I do though -

Alright she’s done, and man is it fruity! Having just had the SM hanging only a few days ago, it really is on the other side of the smell spectrum.

This plant is extremely resinous for an auto and having only lived for 10.5 weeks, check out this small fan leaf’s stem -

My gloves were covered in resin, that trim should be good for a small run of bubble hash.

I also collected a pile of the bract calyx  -

That’ll probably be good for smoking in a day or two, have a nice taste .
