Hello everyone, I am still looking to get my hands on either seeds or snips of the Blue Dream SC cut. My plan was to get snips from JohnnyPS at a decent price but after contacting him recently it sounds like he is stopping his clones and snips sales due to shipping issues.
So does any of you have a Mother plant going of Johnny’s BDSC cut I could get some snip of or if you made seeds from it , get some seeds?
I can trade seeds, I do have some fresh snips from my Chimera #2 in Veg that I am putting in my cloner tomorrow. These should be shippable in about 10-14 days if you want rooted. Depending on how long I plan to leave my plants in VEG I may have some other snips, clones available in a few weeks… NL # 1 x Skunk, Purple Urkle.
If you have a plant from a different breeder or clone store, as long as you feel pretty confident it is a true SC cut I would be interested.
Thanks, looks like there are a few people wanting to get it. When I talked to Johnny Potseed he said there were quite a few people who bought his clone or snips so hopefully someone still has his going.
I have one from JP, just barely saved the cutting by grafting after I bungled the rooting. I plan to keep it as a mom, even got myself a tiny mom tent just for a few moms now that I seem to have won the bug war.

If JP retires, I’ll be up for sending to another OG who would like to take up the blue dream clones distribution / sales. Maybe JP will even do that. Upon consideration my lack of enthusiasm for mailing cuttings is deep.
When it makes it would you be interested in Kona Gold IBL seeds? I’m from HI so it’s hard to get the SC blue dream cut around here. We had it around 2016-17 but I haven’t seen it in a long time and I really want to cross a Blue Dream and Kona Gold.
I would be uncomfortable mailing any live plant cuttings to Hawaii, sorry! (I think it’s also accurate to say I wouldn’t send then to anywhere else out of the continental US where I am.)
Honestly I really hope @JohnnyPotseed decides to go back to selling cuttings, but totally understand if he doesn’t - mailing live plant material is a total pain.
I was tempted to get one, but ultimately decided against it. I wasn’t clear on the owner’s IPM regimen. The owner informed me that he hadn’t tested the stock, but customers have.
@RainToday & @Sodapop , the USPSnail-mail is screwing up. Taking too long to ship, etc. That’s even before ‘tis the season’, lol
I bought my GEN1 clones to make mothers with, from thecloneconservatory.com
They aren’t cheap, but DO guarantee the clone/shipment and they send well rooted clones. SO the clone survives a lot better in transit. They use a small container with a LED bulb to keep it going.

Hey @Trae1170, I used to have JP’s cut of the Santa Cruz BD. Kept a mother plant alive for about 7-8 months and took several cuttings. But I had environment issues during late Oct / early Nov which caused that plant to suffer. It didn’t recover well (or I wasn’t patient enough, more like) so I decided not to keep it.
