@OhNo555 , @Foreigner & @InTheWoods
I feel like @THCeed here
Well done, and you will have a few Litre jars of Kief after you tumble all of that! You plan on doing it in January or maybe even dry ice?
Not sure when I will start mine, I was thinking of dry ice, but I never did that before. And in January it won’t be so sticky, but the dry ice may fix that problem. Not sure?
Good job on the year, and what a harvest!
I just finished cleaning my small Limed Orange and got a full 5 gallon pail of nuggets. The second one is twice as big.
Back to jail I go.
You are always welcome.
So far so good after emptying another 6 rack net hanger.
The bucker idea worked okay but clogged too often and additionally wasn’t fast enough so I went back to the good old fashioned “run the stem down your thumbnail and index finger” method.
The **Florida Ditch Weed: PInk Eye of the Tiger" is all nuggets and came in at 180g dried @ 63% RH.
The Shiskaberry 3F2 are mostly big nugs with lots of smaller nugs and some sugar leaves. This all came in at 541g dried @ 63% RH.
The fabric pot grown Frankenstein is a 2/3rds nuggets and 1/3 sugar leaves by the way it grew. If I wasn’t so rushed I would have clipped and hand trimmed the tops and then go at the rest as is.
But regardless there’s gonna be lots to throw in with the other Frankie which is only going to be used for the tumbler and washer.
The fabric pot Frankie came in at 472g dried @ 63% RH.
I need more grove bags… like at least 5 1lb ones by the looks of the racks. One for each large plant and all the nursery pot plants gets jars. .
To celebrate I finally opened the gift bag of cobbed Pole Dancer from @MissinBissin . It’s great stuff bud, the Mrs zoned out in her notepad and designed a sweater to crochet in the future right after our bowl.
Have a great night folks; I made a curry and it’s gonna get monched right now.
So these bags, you just hang dry a few days and bag em up and the cure in the bags, thats it?
That’s the idea I think…
@CADMAN yep that’s the plan. I have hygrometers for peace of mind but they need batteries.
Yes just check the RH make sure it’s right before you put them in the bags, if it’s too high you will have issues.
Wow I am so glad to hear about the Lime Stash that you broke into.
Honoured that you kept it nearby. fyi, Oldest one yet to be enjoyed @Pigeonman, take that.
Was there a Lime moment of any magnitude? Harshness, Resemblance to dog poo?
Really missing that strain this summer, it was an impressive bud.
Cobb-on lol.
“Outstanding length, impressive girth…”
Great work under fire, weather ran you ragged.
Like the way that wire bows down, a serious harvest…should keep ya out of the dispensary for a couple weeks.
Lime = very subtle
Harshness = None.
Dog Poo = Unwrapping revealed a beautiful turd
To be honest the dispensaries keep me out of the dispensaries!
Great job this year @Pigeonman !
Ive been following along and all I can say is You are a one man army!
Hope life is treating you well sir!
Cheers!
Thanks so much @Drsunshinestrains !
Thank You for that @Pigeonman
Mysterion V1 is hanging. It’s the 2024 lime effort also from Black Market Breeders, I’ll keep you posted…
And down comes one of the remaining two “Compost Heap Freebie” plants!
Here’s the one left standing which I will prob take down later today.
Not bad for a freebie!
And a decent yield from one plant to boot.
All trimmed, washed and hanging until dry enough for the nets downstairs.
Hoping all y’all are having a great Saturday!
I read this and I feel you. I worked 13 years in retail for a company that treated me like trash everyday. I won’t go into detail but I’ve been there. I made a major life changing move at one point and got into Tech support with a really good company. I had to get a job doing uber and unemployment between this. The tech job paid way less initially and it took a long while to get us to that. I’m happy where i am now. My advice, don’t pigeonhole yourself (no pun intended) to the same type of work. Look for stuff remote and in fields you have never worked in. You could surprise yourself.
Thanks @Itslegalnow big love right back at you growmie!
I puttered around the house more in the afternoon as the Mrs. is off site with a lot of appointments in her day so I wanted her to feel extra loved when back home. After making and eating lunch, I had a “cheesy movie nap” with this in the background:
Then after waking up I made a coffee and then powered through the last compost heap plant before the sun went down.
it’s got some really, really nice colas!
I tried and failed as I was balancing awkwardly to get this shot in the dark but you get the idea.
