Outdoor Garden 2024

Here is my cross of GSC x Super Lemon Haze. Grown 100% organic and never fed anything but worm tea, Espoma garden tone and bed topped with compost. The GSC was from Humboldt seed company. I selected her after running a few packs and finding a fire purple pheno. She did really good outdoors with great flower spacing. The dad used was a male keeper from Ethos Genetics Super Lemon Haze.

This is the first time running this cross. I hopping this lady gives me something good. Stem rub on her already smells amazing.

Well it’s that time of the year for me here in Cali. This lady is going into flower. She is a little over 7ft now. Only topped one time early seedling stage.

I edited my original post. For some reason I thought it was a GSC x Lime Og cross I put out there but after look at the label it’s actually my GSC (HSC) x SLH from (Ethos). Same mom used on the GSC x Lime OG cross just different dads.

Nice looking plant, Do you give a heavy feeding for flower? Cal/mag ?
Thanks for posting.

To be honest every year I’m always feeding synthetic fertilizers. This is the last year I went 100% organic since I was going to be in the ground and growing in the same soil as my vegetable garden I thought I keep it as clean as possible. I do have some gypsum I might top dress but so far the garden Espoma Garden Tone and worm tea from fresh castings has been doing the trick.

What I have noticed from previous outdoor grows is the pest pressure has been much lower from switching to straight organic and plus growing different types of flowers and herbs around my backyard. I’ve already seen a few times birds and wasp grab caterpillars and eat them off my tomatoes plants. I haven’t sprayed anything on my garden this year for pest.

She is in full flower mode now! I see flower structure like the Purple Skittlez already. We’ll see how she turns out.

Yeah, I plant Marigolds and spearmint around my gardens to keep the critters out, I also check bushes for praying mantis egg cases in the winter when I am out hunting. I usually find at least one if not two and cut these and put them around the yard close to my gardens, weed and veg. In the spring they hatch and I have praying mantis all summer long. If I can’t find any I go by the county extension office in early spring and get a vile or two of lady bugs, they do almost as good as the mantis.

Fucking nice yard! :+1:

In the picture with your hand, it looks like either that’s the smallest melon of all time or you’re a giant! It looks like you could just grab that melon between your thumb and first finger!

I don’t think I need to find the bong at the moment.

The stretch is done on the GSC X SLH and the stacking begins.

Chocolate Tonic x Lime OG. I popped about 20 or so seeds of this late in the season just to pheno hunt.

Tonic x Lime pheno hunting. I have about 10 of these females so far left. Males have been killed off. The tallest bush male was cloned and kept for future use.
