My brisket. Put on at 3:45 a.m. 300° for 1.5 hrs, it took 45 minutes to drop the temperature to 200° where it remained for 12 hrs. I wrapped it and put it in the cooler where it’s at for almost 2 hours. This is by far, I think my best grill ever. Unbelievably tender and tasty.


BBQ’d some veggies to go with it. @PhilCuisine, I am sure it would have gotten your approval.

And a chicken from last weekend.
