It was a good one. 7 lbs. I’ve had really good luck with a 5 lb’er in a sense of fuel consumption, not having to smoke it for at least ten hours, and overall smoking difficulty.

Oh and a 10-16 mesh grind pepper size is the best grind for getting that delicious bark.
