It was a good one. 7 lbs. I’ve had really good luck with a 5 lb’er in a sense of fuel consumption, not having to smoke it for at least ten hours, and overall smoking difficulty.
Oh and a 10-16 mesh grind pepper size is the best grind for getting that delicious bark.
Burgers, mushrooms, ribs, corn, potatoes, brats, chicken and pinapple skewers. All bbqed with hickory smoke added.

My new cheap ass grill for $10, actually it really didn’t cost me anything…I used my County Market Bucks, they’re like $5 coupons my store gives out to their employees…
