i lost my recipes but they were from the jadam method. You make them once and they last years. I use the jadam sulphur agent and the jadam wetting agent. You can learn from their youtube directly or if you need a hobby sized amount of the two solutions then you can get recipes that fit inside a 5 gallon bucket on the “garden like a viking” youtube channel.
the sulfur doesn’t kill the bugs but it makes the plants taste bad. don’t use during bloom obviously. also good at fungal prevention.

Lactic Acid Bacteria serum will def help for mold and mildew. Not so much for pests but I use this in rotation with a neem and purecrop 1 mix and everything always gets to the finish line.

My go to spray for indoor and outdoor IPM
20 ml neem
5 ml surfactant (coco wet works good but lately switched to Dr Bronners Castille soap the one with hemp and eucalyptus)
60 ml hydrogen peroxide 3%
5 ml kelp I use maxi crop it’s dry and is more stable than the liquids imo.
1 gallon RO water
Spray weekly and avoid spraying in full sun. Best to spray in the morning. Don’t use for a few weeks after applying sulfur. Highly recommend sulfur if you were given clones, seeds should be PM free. If you have had PM in the area you plan to put them in Sulfur the whole area. Not sure what kind of plant eating bugs you have down there but just keep a good eye on your plants and identify the insects Good luck with the grow!!!
Edit don’t spray anything during flower. But if you have to there are a few things that are safe. Dr. Zymes is a good one.

Sulfur is the undisputed champion of PM removal don’t waste your time with anything else. Check out Joe Crowes powdery mildew thread. Everything you need to know is in there.
