Return the bottle if you can, its just water with with some Salts.
Get a gallon of water and add:
107g MGSO4
109g KH2PO4
17g KNO3
62g CaNO3
You can buy the salts off ebay, if you buy just 1Kg bags it comes out to $4.57per liter.
I would recommend just using MKP and some K2SO4, I have had better results with that than OD. Most of AN products are overpriced junk
