What’s this???

Yes, Overgrow was donated a Fluence Bioengineering Spydr 2P for a look-see. We looked. And now, what’s a better way to utilize this than to give it to a lucky Overgrow’er.

We only have one, wish we had more, so this is just a random give-away.

Entry Rules:

1. Minimum Overgrow “Member” status (trust level 2) to participate
2. Limited to one registered entry per member
3. One bonus ticket if user is Supporter at the time of the draw (stacks)
4. One bonus ticket if user is Regular at the time of the draw (stacks)

What you’ll receive:

You will receive one Spydr 2P fixture with an 120V line cord, power supply, and hanging accessories all in the original shipping boxes. This unit was opened and tested briefly in order to collect lighting metrics. Never used in a grow and operated for less than ten hours total. It’s new for all intent and purposes.

This unit will be shipped postage paid for anyone located in the contiguous 48 United States. Folk outside of this area (namely international) will need to pre-pay shipping fees, insurance, and any associated customs or duty costs. If you are international, this fixture will work across the world with the correct line cord (can be ordered from Fluence).

The Spydr 2P is one of Fluence’s newest fixtures designed for close quarters / high intensity grows veg through flowering and suitable for use with CO2 supplementation. This unit is dimmable to avoid blinding your plants (*0-10VDC dimmer not included) This is a high efficiency unit specified at 2.5 umol/J.

How to enter:

Think of a strain cross (fictional or existing) that you’d think would be awesome to grow but haven’t yet. Post it.

When?

Start’s now, we will collect entries over the next three weeks (through 12/14) and keep them in numerical order.
After closing, I will run a random pick via our random number bot on Discord in real-time (or random.org). The fixture will be shipped within a week after the draw depending on any logistics.

I would love to cross my last remaining HOL Alien Double Dog seeds with a nice Stardawg (or Stardawg cross), and hope to actually be able to accomplish that someday.

As for crosses I’m actually going to make in the present, I just hit one of my Rain City Blues with some Apollo pollen, just so that I can call the result Blue Marble. Yes, I’m a nerd lol.

I completely forgot I even had the ADD seeds until I rediscovered them yesterday while looking for a pack of Blue Satellite 2.2 seeds to gift a forum friend, and when I saw the ADD I immediately remembered how beefy the plants I’ve run previously had been.
