That jam looks delicious, I’d love to hear more about your recipe!
Just a standard strawberry jam recipe with a sugar infusion. Water bath canned for best results. 
4lbs strawberries
4 1/2 cups of sugar
Lemon juice
Homemade fruit pectin, which isn’t necessary but I’m extra like that.
