Ok boys the power has been restored after what seemed like an eternity and the time has come. The beans are in the bath and the thread is created. As you may have guessed from the title I’m running PermaFrost courtesy of @BIGJ as well as LibertyCindy courtesy of @PsillyRabbit.
My plan as of now is a 18/6 for the first 2 weeks after sprouting then right into 12/12. I’m going to be using FFHF soil with trifecta fertilizer, wormcastings and a few other odds and ends. I have several plastic pots i intend to use not sure the size i think 2 gallon but that could change. I plan to post in this thread every weekend so B.O.L.O. we have had a recent power outage because of storms. Really only made an issue because the electrician my contractor hired and has since been fired decided that another storm was unlikely and left my whole house generator disconnected after recent installing a second breaker panel. That’s all to say that we are expecting more storms later this coming week so my fingers are crossed that he can find someone to reconnect it and we won’t lose these and have to re do. Anyway without further ado here are the very first and most uneventful pics of this run.
niice that "liberty Cindy " is an excellent sativa. Mixed results on the germ rate. I hope you have luck. The mother Liberty haze was intentionally pollinated but wasn’t selected for anything specific. She just happened to be around when I was doing my planned Harlem shuffle x Iron Cindy run.
If you ever had inspectors out to look at things or get permits- they usually know who’s good and who does mids work. Even just calling up an inspector and asking for local recs may help
Thanks for the support. This last outage was 2 1/2 days with no water and limited power not a huge deal but a bummer for sure. The worst part is my current grow in flower now has what seems to be a diminished smell to them. Not sure what that’s about.

Well here it is, this weeks update.
All 5 Permafrost have germinated, sprouted, been planted and are doing fine.
The Liberty Cindy on the other hand has unfortunately not faired so well. Of the original 6, 5 were found to not able to viable via squish test. 1 was manually cracked and later showed signs of germination and was planted. The other 4 seeds were squish tested and found to be easily squashed. So fingers crossed on the lone survivor.
Today i have started to germinate 2 Jackalope by @HarborGrows to fill out the tent.
Shit happens bro like i said the liberty Cindy was a by -product of another chuck.
Sorry to have waisted your time and my money.
I did do a germ test run when i started handing them out and had 6/10 germ in 48 hours and other 2 take 48 after that. I figured 8/10 was fine. Besides a visual i “squish” test everything at least twice before it goes out.
Its funny I have handed out 1000s of Harlem shuffle X iron Cindy that i was excited about and only 1 person has grown them. I only sent out a couple hundred Liberty Cindy and half a dozen people have tried them.
Just like my last run I’m struggling with what i assume is a mag deficiency . I believed it is from a PH issue but my soil and water PH tests both came back within the range. I’m on well water so maybe i need a R.O. or some other filter system. For now spraying with Epsom salts seems to work.
Permafrost and jackalope pics. They all look fairly good the jackalope are a bit more yellow than I’d like but no big deal. They’ve stretched quite a lot but that’s the fault of the light i believe. I’m probably going to replace them at some point.
Permafrost are the taller plants on the left and the smallest on right the other two obviously are chocolope x lavender jack.
