The chemical tennis ball puck type smell, hashy sweet, and spiced. I think theres probably quite a few terps but growth seems similar medium height and bushy. Mind you thats only from a handful of examples. One was purple too.

I dont recall who all i sent them too it was over 150 seeds though. It was pure luck having those plants at the same time. Lol not my pollen chunk

Thanks for the info! my dpuck will be in the next round. If it’s a Girl of course.

Field Trip day #2… She’s off on a date.

It’s a beautiful thing… this ones going to need 80 days for the seed to mature. One more pollen dump and that will be all for the males.
Have a great day all,

Field Day #3 and final shot at pollenation. I’m hoping its not too late for this girl, as soon as the male started dropping outside the two ladies pistils began to go red-brown. Reminded me of this old pic…

Last chance…

She’ll get snuggeled back in her spot after while.
Pot-up for the GF x BB f-3s all healthy, some showing sex, one super stinky prospective male, however I am not doing selections. Straight O.P. If there’s a real stand out, I might take some cuts idk.

Y’all be good

Very nice man that haze looks delicious. Good stuff any lemon /eucalyptus smell yet on that. I miss mine after seeing your buds. I bet your swell big time their already very progressed. Your doing a killer job on that man not the easiest plant to grow. I see a lovely blue hue

Hey man, the nose on the hazes is weak but one’s berry and the other three are just hazie.
Not really lemon, maybe light menthol, pleasent tho.
When they were young all the fans were varigated but they mostly grew out of that. Two are foxtailing like crazy, A couple are inches long. I think two are 55 days and two are 45.
The Sweet Tooth are going to be huge by the time the flower rooms ready for them.
My timing sucked bad for them, I’m either going to have to prune or drop some plants or something, I’ll figure it out.

Ya tell me about it. Youd laugh so hard if i showed how many plants i got atm…too many haha, I just cant make myself toss them. Fyi i have 4 sativas in limbo too so i feel ya. I dont recall seeing you grow any sativa types previously.

But interesting yours being a subtle smell maybe itll come on later. I imagine the dhucks and sours drown it out too. But the foxtails are pretty cool on those. So strange how plants can be so different setup to setup.

You know, I bet thats a huge part of it. The DSBs are super strong diesel sour along with all the air being scrubbed, I dont smell much.
I know things stink because when I leave and come back into the yard, I smell it.
As far as growing long flowering sativas, I don’t run alot because they just take too long. I miss the SSH I used to grow though, that was great weed. Cali Mist, Hawaiian Spice and C99,Apollo 11, Oaxacan are some of the sats I have kept for a minute but it’s been a while.
I might should change that and dig out some old seed.

Whoa you got Kali Mist in the vault too and hawaiian spice? I see your holding onto all kinds of goodies sir. On the smell i think we become immune to it. Bc anytime i have company first thing they say is damn it smells good in here. I go back n forth with what i like previously i was on a pure indica kicker.

Man i cant even lie i would love for you to do a project with your Kali next year.

We have a cleaning lady I used to get smoke from and everytime she’s over she’s like man it smells so good in here lol that started since before I started growing so i don’t worry about her lol

Cali Mist is sooo long gone. The green one was juicy fruit but the red one, I gotta say was psycotic. Total panic attack weed that i can’t say I enjoyed, but smoked it anyway.
Tasted like cherry pastry, absolutly great tasting pot. My buddy took a bag back west and called me a couple weeks later asking WTF was this weed. Turns out his girl flipped out, attacked him and was going after him wiyh the chompers.
I apologized to him and gave up the cut.
I still want it tho, wierd…so cherry.
There were these C-99 f2s I won in an auction.
Out of Oz, shit was fire pineapple that would make me tremble for about 15 minutes before it mellowed. Love to have that one back too. I should do a bagseed suprise and see what comes out. There’s a vile with about 25cc of seed thats got some good good in there. Been in the desk for 20 yrs tho so IDK

Howdy @pine, as always I’m grateful to see your updates with the BJ’s. The aromatics being less pronounced could be showing secondary metabolite influence from the Blue V-2 side of things, as the Blue V-2 mom wasn’t very fragrant or loud, it’s aromatic profile was very earthy with muted notes giving way to very calm and pleasing antianxiety effects. Big heart chakra day brightening deep breath type stuff. The mom had a lot of the precursor notes to the classic “berry” Blueberry but the berry was very faint bordering nonexistent. I think my nose just picks up the accompanying aromas that make up that classic “berry” Blueberry aromatic profile so I consider it “very faint light” berry but I think most would say that Blue V-2 mom I used didn’t have any berry. It seems, as I often find, more berry comes out in further work with the plants that didn’t show a lot of berry themselves. That it’s (the quintessential berry) in the genes even if it’s not always expressed in a specific phenotype.

I’m curious how or if other aromatics develop as it continues to flower, perhaps if some Haze aromatics begin to develop, if the berry intensifies (sometimes it comes on strong towards the end of maturity in some individuals), or if it remains as is with light berry and a more muted less loud aromatic profile. Overall I hope you enjoy them, their effects as well as their nose and taste.

@nick131740, I think the lemon you noticed in yours came from the Destroyer in the work I sent you with destroyer. I sent some Velvet Krush x Destroyer which I dubbed “Blue Comet” and I sent some Blue Comet x Neville’s Haze. The Blue Comet carried the Lemon types from the Verde Límon used in Destroyer. So I’m assuming your lemony plant was either Blue Comet or Blue Comet x Neville’s Haze. I don’t think the Blue V-2 x Neville’s Haze would have as much probability of Lemon as the stuff with Destroyer in it.

I haven’t been growing for months now, first time in my life over the past 20 some odd years that I haven’t had a garden or plants growing. I’ve actually been smoking on some Kali Mist I grew a few years ago. It’s some real heady cerebral stuff. Sandy trichomes, more sandy of a feel than sticky. I’m occasionally finding some seeds in the flowers as I pollinated it with a BOG Lifesaver when I grew it. I’ll see if I can collect a few more for y’all if you’re interested in them (Kali Mist x BOG Lifesaver).

My second ever grow we had some Kali Mist that gave a couple green phenos and a special “pink” pheno. All were very good, very strong cerebral effects, and always noticably distinct buds when placed next to other buds, but that “pink” pheno was something very special. A true out of body experience, distortion of time, and pronounced effects of diminished physical body coordination. One of the green phenos was one of my only experiences with contagious laughing effects. Kali Mist was very memorable for me. And it’s nice to read that it was memorable for you too. The cherry pastry pheno you had sounds amazing! What a unique flavor and to read it was strong in both taste and effects, it sounds like a total winner! Now I can’t help but wonder if Kali Mist is part of the parental makeup for AK-47 and if you possibly found the ancestral Cherry pheno in Kali Mist that’s responsible for the famous Cherry AK.

With respect to the C-99 F2’s Out of Oz, does that mean out of Australia? If so, I’m guessing they may be from of some of @wallyduck’s work. Wally made all lot of my all time favorite genetics, including his C-99 work. If you’ve got some C-99 with Wally provenance then you definitely got some choice stuff! Many blessings and much love

Your right mine did have destroyer i forgot. Crazy how similar looking the flowers are with the golden pistils. Great smoke btw i miss that lemon dessert i saved 4.

So, yes the C-99 was @wallyduck s but it was f-2’d by an XyZ maybe f-3d. I was running other C-99 at the time but this one was the best ,(post tremors lol)
On the B.J.’s, smells come and go, I’m going to wait untill they mature before I get into the nose on these as berrys been there, then gone, Hazy, then not. Gonna be great plants I bet, can’t wait to smoke em.
Lifesaver Cali sounds like a killer cross. The combo with the two highs aught to rise above modern weed. Thats Jacks Cleaner BB and Cali Mist. Two electic cults…:green_heart::green_heart::green_heart:
Red cali I had was a mutant. Short and branchy. Loads of trichomes and woody red stems. I can’t say it was great but it sure was memorable. I mean my dudes girl tried to eat him… lol fuckin cowgirls :star_struck: :grimacing: :star_struck:

Ima smoke some here in a bit, It’s a great plant for growing. Chem diesel, metalic nose, strong smelling.
Mine grew branchy amd floppy so I had to bind them up with string. The main held the plants up well so minimal staking required.
Smoke report coming up…
I thank you so much for the seed packs you sent, Prolly A-5 next😍
