Regarding exhaust fans, I can recommend the Systemair K EC range! They are solid fans with a great value for money and allow setting the speed through a controller and a built in potentiometer. In your case I‘d go for either the K 160 EC or K 200 EC and a Rhino Pro carbon filter.
There’s no need for a dehumidifier or AC in a tent grow usually - at least here in Germany it’s simply not feasible with the painfully high cost of electricity.
Depending on the climate of the room you plan to set the tent up in, a classic HID-Lamp might be more suitable than LEDs though (usually in non-heated basements and garages) as it generates more heat thus also reducing the humidity. Make sure you also get some fans for air movement inside of the tent!
