I don’t have any personal experience with CMH, but since I’m verry happy with my Dimlux HPS fixture I’d reccomend taking a look at their CMH fixtures.

The Rhino filters are sold by pretty much any growshop i’ve come across, you should make sure to get one that’s suited to the airflow you’re planning to use, which will probably be around 350-400m3/h. Also you’ll need a reduction piece so the 125mm filter fits on the 200mm fan, and 3 hose clamps (2x 200mm, 1x 125mm) as well as suitable ducting.
25°C is optimal for LEDs as they will push that temperature to ~28°C, with them you want a temp of 27-30° in the tent. With HIDs you want it a bit cooler as they emit radiant heat wich directly heats up the leaf surface and makes them warmer than the air temperature in the tent.
Personally I use a Homebox tent and am satisfied with it, but i think there are a lot of decent tents out there. Important things to look out for are the quality of the zippers, number and size of the openings for ducting, thickness of the material as well as the maximum weight the frame can hold.
