Please suggest an euphoric, heavily relaxing indica 2025

Hello experts, I am looking for something specific. Would be grateful for your recommendations.

  1. Type of effect: euphoric (sense of well-being, security, relief from the existential stress of life), anti-anxiety, spacey, dreamy, mind-clearing (the opposite of thought-provoking), heavily relaxing both mind and body, couchlock. Wouldn’t mind if it makes people shit-eating grinned retards not being able to complete a sentence.

  2. Potency - medium. Please, avoid suggesting high thc varieties (anxiety issues).

  3. Smell - anything woody, spicy, peppery, earthy, juniper, pine. BIG NO to skunky/gassy stink and strong sweet/fruity scents (subtle sweet/fruity are ok).

  4. Preferably low odor - don’t mind a tad stronger odor just nothing too loud/pungent, skunky/gassy, as mentioned above.

  5. Growth structure - low to medium stretch, shorter internodes if possible. Good/great flower-to-leaf ratio.

  6. Yields - irrelevant.

  7. Pheno hunting - a keeper out of 15 fems or 30 regs.

  8. Flowering time - irrelevant, but since i am looking for an indica let’s limit it to 10 weeks.

  9. Fems or regs - irrelevant

  10. Source - I am NOT looking for anything super-rare/super-special/pre-89, etc., just something readily obtainable from any major seed vendors who ship worldwide. Could be a sleeper from some spanish, canadian or dutch seedbank, or something you think is overlooked or underrated - i don’t need a fancy story, i just need a strain which perfroms. Great euphoric, couchlock effect is a top priority.

I really enjoyed the indica pheno out of 2 of Bodhi’s Time Bandit (WiFi OG x G13/Hashplant) that i grew. I wrote at the time that it was stinky but upon reflection, the plant was low odor.
And it is still avail. at several US vendors like GLG, Headiegardens, JBC etc.

Actual pics of me BEFORE & AFTER smoking Time Bandit:

Purest Indica and Northern Lights #2 from Authentic Genetics would be a good couple to try. Prices are decent too. If you can find a good Bubba Kush clone or some S1 seeds of it that’s a great relaxing strain that isn’t so potent that it can trigger anxiety.

Honestly man I would start with the terpenes and work my way back since that can help you better identify a strain… eliminating the ones you don’t like provide a better starting point than random suggestions. Btw not a big fan of your derogatory label for handicapped people as I know and have known plenty of people with down syndrome that obviously can’t help it nor choose to be that way.

Hey @walden, welcome to the forum. Sounds like you need a good old fashioned Affie. I suggest the latest generation from the Affie 11 line.

When/if you make it to full member, reach out and we’ll make arrangements for me to send you a flip to try out at no expense to you.
Safe journeys.

Crazy you mentioned time bandit. I have a pack of that I might have to put that into my grow future.

Budwhisperer always has good suggestions. He has a lot of strain knowledge that puts leafly to shame.

With a name like @BudWhisperer that 100% checks out.

I did some bubba s1 some years ago, to me it was relaxing mind but little to no body buzz, felt almost like a chill sativa, since then i found out bubba has no couchlock for many people. Great herb just not what i am lokiing for atm.

caryophyllene dominant, with myrcene, linalool and limonene as secondary terpenes.

) Can’t quite wrap my head around how a strain could be stinky, but low odor eventually? That’s interesting. There is a grow report here of time bandit, looks quite stretchy, will keep an eye on this strain.

Did you try JOTI’s Afghan by any chance? Thanks for the offering - quite kind of you.

Could you please share what was your experience? The link says the opposite things i am looking for: “Unlike most indicas, 7th wave does not give you a heavy physical stone” and “contemplation… introspection… thought-provoking creativity…”

NL5 now and forever :+1:

Too long ago but it had a more sativa high. Headhigh. No couchlock.

Red eye Jedi might fit everything you are looking for.

I haven’t tried any of JOTIs gear.

Check out some Deep Ellum lines, especially with NL in them. @deep_rob is active on the forum and may have some specific recommendations.

I’ve found things with G13HP and NL in them to be pretty relaxing indicas for me, and am currently growing their NL#2 x G13 and one of AK Bean Brains Black Domina lines, looking for similar effects that you are.

What he said.

Right. Just thinking foundational indicas here, so Hindu Kush too, although that’s just NL3 (already mentioned) with some

It smells skunky but is not loud. Meaning you only notice the skunkyness when brushing against the plant. The wind does not carry the smell far.

You flatter me lol. Maybe i should start a site “Budly”. I do enjoy herb and have been micro-dosing w it daily for 30+ years. Pausing only for 28 days when i had Covid.

Interested in how you micro-dose? What are the benefits? I guess you can carry on a normal day with that.
