Anyone ever chuck pollen on cuts taken after putting into flower to get a little seed run while revegging?
I usually take cuts about a week into flower, cut just before they go full on flower mode but have started to button.
After the cuts are taken they put out some more pistols for about a week or two while revegging. I pollinate these pants after they root and always get a few beans to grow out.
Obviously not ideal if looking for loads of beans but I usually get 10-50 seeds per plant and they’re made in the veg room.
Just did this with some X18 pollen tossed on a female last unicorn. Anyone have any knowledge on if that makes the seed more likely to be herm? So far I haven’t noticed any ill results but it’s a limited scope.

The method itself doesn’t seem to affect the progeny propensity for intersex so far.

Nice, Good hear about the progeny. I haven’t had a chance to really go through many of the beans I’ve made this way.
