So far I’ve harvested and hanged plants whole, had to cut of the feet on a few for their tops not to touch the floor.
I need to do this one in stages, some ladies like it that way

Do you mind, could I get some specs on the hoop house like hight, wide, type of plastic
And was it a kit or did you just get PVC and if you did what size? I ask all this because I’m running a bunch of different strains and I’m trying to keep them pure until the right moment I’ve got one gh built already but I got to make more but more like isolation chambers any info would be greatly appreciated thank you

Pretty nice DIY project 
It’s a kit, I’ll leave you a link to where i bought it so you can read the specs.
I’m using a tarp to force flowering that’s something you’ll have to figure out yourself, depending on latitude, type of climate and the strains you’re running.
I’ve noticed that you can easily leave 8-9 week plants @ 12/12 for 5-6w and then ditch the tarp, they’ll continue to flower no problem, even at 14/10 day/night, that’s viable in climates where the daytime is rapidly declining towards the end of summer.
