Posting Seeds - Packaging ideas to avoid crushing and reduce cost

Straws are much easier to cut to length and seal  I’m in Australia, have sent a few packs over to the states but costs a fortune, don’t really have anything right now worth sending but should have a few packs in the near future I could offer up

I didn’t see this thread before! Just found a couple great places to order seed containers - both made in USA of food-safe plastic - if you can take 1000, this is the cheapest:

or for smaller numbers of cases:

What should i package them in @Pedro_Bann ?

Empty ball point pens, cheap ones with thick cases.

Wasn’t my idea, right @Scissor-Hanz ?

Nor mine, but it’s cheap and effective. Without having to order special containers online. I swiped the idea from someone else here on OG.

I get this stuff in the mail all the time i never thought how expensive a sheet could cost.

I found packaging for shatter with screen printed logos.

https://www.shatterlabelsstore.com

That’s what I use, combined with cardboard coin holders. They sell it at Lowes too.

Ok i was going to say straws but someone beat me too it. My other suggestion is short pieces of cheap fish tank bubbler hose, pack the ends with cotton wool and a wooden stopper made from whatever you have lying around that fits.

over half the price on amazon (8.99)
