Clones often have bugs or mold which is a reason seeds are great! Of course selecting and cloning is fine but keeping moms a long time presents problems.
I find seeded bud almost as good if fresh and all seeds removed. Some buds even fully seeded are quite resinous. They don’t work as well for bubblehash but making cannabutter or propane extracts seem just as good to me.
