Hey just had a ? Right now my lights are on at 18 hours 7am-1am when I switch to 12/12 can I switch the time to whatever I want or will they herm? Do I have to now do 7am to 7pm ? I was trying to have them.on at night to save on electricity

You can set the timers however is convenient for you. The plants don’t care.

If you want to be safe just adjust it with a long lights off period, plants will adapt better …

I don’t think it makes much difference. It takes time for the plants to get accustomed to their new schedule so it’s not like an instant issue thing. I tend to run as much as I can off peak times to save on hydro.
