Using roots lush soil. Can I just use the 3 part terp teas alone? Or do I need the Buddha product as well?
Edited to say this run will be autos.
You don’t need the Buddha products. But I would pick up the roots organic uprising foundation. Then use foundation + grow in veg and foundation + bloom in flower.
And I wouldn’t recommend following the dosing instructions on the bag. 1 tsp per gallon of soil is too much from my experience. It’ll burn your plants, especially with the terp tea line. I use 1 tsp of foundation and 1 tsp of grow or bloom per 5 gallon pot. I do that 2x a week, or 3 max.
It’s a simple line to use and produces good results. Good tasting weed.
This was grown with just foundation + bloom and mostly plain water. I think I did a couple compost teas too iirc, and some molasses on occasion in the water and microbe additives once in a while too.
Thanks for the reply! Is the uprising part of the organic line up? I thought Buddha was their organic and uprising was like their salt line. Well I have all 3 terp teas. I figured on brewing them once a week. Sounds like I’ll need more npk than that.
Also those look really nice.
Oh I see they’re both organic. Looks like uprising is the powdered line and Buddha is liquid?
have used just about all their products - all excellent also @TeddyNuggets said about “roots” is right on when I use their liquid nutes Buddha Grow and Buddha flower but in veg I use theri Soul product (Grow - nitrogen supplement (man this stuff works great plants seem to grow over night) can’t believe how fast the plant grows BUT must watch out for over use it’s very concentrated
I’d like to do full organic. I think I read that the soul line is part organic. It’s the one they recommend for coco and hydro I think.
Sounds like I want the uprising. And maybe just the bloom for autos since they’re in the lush soil.
here is the auto flower growth cycle:
veg stage – 1-3 weeks
flower stage weeks 4-12
Yes. Yes, the uprising is organic too. It’s their original dry organic nutrient line (the terp tea is newer).
The uprising foundation has some of your micronutrients and cal/mag/iron.
Start with once a week and go from there. You can slowly increase. I didn’t brew mine. I just sprinkle a teaspoon of foundation + teaspoon of bloom on top of the soil, then water. If I do teas I usually do my own recipes but you can definitely brew the terp tea line. Lots of good ingredients in it.
Yeah I wanted to mention that in my first post but forgot. The lush soil has a lot of nutrients in it already. Be careful feeding. You probably won’t need to feed much for a while. When you do start feeding, start with once a week like you planned.
