Question...I have Powdery mildew on a plant in flower,,,

Update Sept 21:
Ok gave a second milk treatment on Sunday, really nice sunny day… on Monday gave them some composted tea and misted them with water mid day to rinse off treatment on another nice sunny day.
This morning took a look and they are a nice healthy colour, growing very aggressively and no sign of pwd what so ever. There is still signs of treatment residue and will mist off again today to keep from watering heavily before rain comes in later this week.

So for me, this worked but I jumped on it first sign, and applied in near perfect conditions luckily, so your results may vary.

If it hadn’t, my next treatment would have been with a chlorine dioxide fog that we use up north to sterilize for mould and for HACCP. The tablets are super cheap and you can use the mixture in a spray bottle or a fogger.

I want to thank everyone for suggestions and advice, much appreciated.

I am always looking for a DIY recipe or something as close to organic where I don’t have to add a product to a closet full of them I have bought over the years and used once.

Forgot to add there is a DIY air filter using a box fan that will clean hundreds of Sq ft. I saw it on This Old House a year ago. Not sure if this will capture the pwd molecule but maybe possible if you use a MERV -13 filters.
