Questions about trimming an how much to expect.

Hello guys!
I noticed the biggest buds are on the top and the lower ones are kinda meh.
I was wondering if its safe to trim at this stage and if yes how much?
Also does anyone have a approximation on how much I will harvest from these?
Also how long will it take for them to finish?

That is 11 plants!

When is the last time you defoliated? You can usually safely defoliate every 20-30 days depending on the plant.

General rule of gardening is to no remove more than 1/3rd of the leaves each session and target the plant evenly.

I usually strip the lowers pretty good before flipping to flower and then trim bigger older leaves that are blocking flower sites, anything yellowing and all the scraggly lowers.

At the point youre at, might not make the most sense to strip too many lower buds since youre about halfway through. Id probably leave some of the more developed ones and focus more on opening up the light from above.

You probably have a month- month and a half left just eyeballing the buds. How many days flower? What variety?

Yeah man. what ^ said. They look a ways of yet and should fill out a lot more.
Strip some leaves to get more light to the lower branches. I take off the larger fan leaves, but you can smash them pretty hard and they will bounce back, don’t strip them bare is all.
Maybe you could scrog it if you want to get the most out of it.
Yield imho is almost impossible to tell at this point, but you should get 6-8 ounces or more off them if they keep filling out.

600w Led light but they draw 550w

In my opinion… by eye, you’re around 30 days into flowering, maybe another 30-35 days to go. Do you want to hurry up? Since you’re in a hurry. I would remove all the small flowers from the lower part to allow the energy flow to pass to the higher flowers. This way, when the time comes to cut, you’ll only make a single cut, without having to wait again for the lower flowers to grow a bit. Concentrated fertilizer for flowering, enough light, and in the last two weeks, start giving a little less hourly light, to let the plant know that the end is coming. Finally, I would remove the leaves that are getting in the way of the flowers. And also towards the end, I would give the plants less water.

I trim lowers, am afraid to be too agressive, and almost always wish I cleaned up more.

Okay guys!
Here is where its at rn!

How long do you guys think before I can chop them?
Im amazed at how big everything is.
What could I do to improve them atm?
Can any of you guys tell the approx harvest size now?
Also i will need to drive them do you have any container ideas so my car does not stink up?

You need to drive them alive, drive them after chop before dry, or drive them after dry?

Ideally you’d harvest in same location as grow, fully dry, trim, the transport in turkey bags or groce bags, then those bags in totes or 5gal buckets. Wet plants can reeeeeeek

Looking good but It ain’t ready yet bro, starting to fill out, but it’s still got a few weeks if I had to guess.
How long since flip? It will stack more and probably add frost if you leave it a bit longer. I still think 6-8 ounces is in the ballpark.
If u need to chop and move it, get some 20l sealed buckets.

They do need more time. Those white hairs should be gone by chop time.
