I’m always worried when someone talks about yellow dots, these were mines and they were spider mites, they love higher temperatures and low humidity … 
Try to lower temperature, your vapor pressure deficit is in the red zone … 
You will need to up that EC in flower. I don’t see mites, I see a hungry plant.

That could be also because the only plant showing It Is the One in the smaller pot of the three
I wouldn’t suggest raising humidity in flower stage …
