Thus far, I’ve been able to test both the Swiss Skunk and Gorilla Bomb. Both have been outstanding strains in smell, taste, and effect. Both leave me comfortably numb, locked to my couch, and I really couldn’t ask for more from them.
This weekend, I’ll give the TnT Trichome a taste.
For 2023, I’ve quite a bit of travel planned in the first half of the year, so grows are pretty much out. But, my plan is to begin a grow again in the August time frame (I should be through most of my stash by then) and plan to run a few feminized strains. Right now I’m looking at the following:
- (Ewok x CDLC) x Lipsmacker - received from @hollyho
- Pineapple Chunk - contest seeds from @GorillaSeeds
- OMG - received from @caucasiancrip
- Apple Fritter x GG4 - received from @Darkride
I’ve listed four strains above, and may pare that back seeing as how four plants in my current set up was pushing it. However, I also may upgrade before the next grow to either a single, bigger tent, or get another, similar-sized tent setup to run in parallel.
Whatever I decide, I’ll just pick up the next grow right here in this thread and just keep it going.

Looking forward to seeing how that OMG does, mine didn’t make it through the heat last summer. I started those WarDog and they’re looking great though, gonna clone them after my current set is rooted.

Swiss Skunk smoke report:
Cure: about 2 months
Smell: Strong skunk smell, in a good way
Rolled up a king-sized joint of this last night. Wow. Slow-creeping high, but once it hit me it never let go. Lying there smoking the joint, there were points when I couldn’t move. Full couch-lock set in prior to finishing the joint, but I was able to tear myself away from my smoking location and settle down in front of the TV. Amazing time locked in place, watching cartoons, and just enjoying life. All that followed by a great night’s sleep.
Can’t recommend this strain enough.

Smoked some TnT Trichome last night. Wow. Knocked me on my ass for a good couple hours. Some of the best Adventure Time viewing I’ve had in a while.

Yeah I’ll be transplanting them into a 10 gallon along with some Road Kill Skunk from MisterBee. Should be flowering soon after taking clones. I’ll update with some flower pics and a smoke report ASAP.

Some random good news from me. Grinding up some bud last night to roll some joints, and found two seeds from this recent grow!
Bad news is that I was rolling mixed joints, so I have no way of telling which buds the seeds came from since I didn’t see them until all the ground bud was on the tray and mixed up. Heck, now that I think about it, there might be some rolled up in those joints!
That being said, I’m going to have to inspect these better moving forward. It’s odd that I didn’t find any seeds in the buds that I applied pollen to during the grow, but am now finding stray seeds in the cured bud. Oh well, hoping at least one of these is female!
