i just did a search for gaming computers. looked up a cyberpowerpc with an rtx 4070, i7 13700k, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, and 800w power supply. i looked up the cost of the components and got to around 1800, but you could probably find a deal on the items and the ones installed on the pre-built may be cheap. honestly i did not know how cheap ddr5 ram is, i am on ddr3 i think.
hell, my next computer is going to be about five core duo computers in parallel with 3070’s in each. about 16gb each unless i make some custom slots and that is just way too much trouble. but i’m using it for work as a password cracker and need the added security you cannot get with modern cpus. i may just change my mind on that for the ram alone.
