this one had a 1 year parts and 3 year customer service, not sure what the details were. i bought a laptop from cyberpower pc in 2011 with no os on it. no logos and it was pretty fast at the time. spilled a cup of coffee on it (the 9 year old son did) after three months and they replaced the motherboard. it lasted about 6 years, maybe 7. the desktop i use now is frankensteined and needs upgraded bad from the 1030 and 3d gen i5.
