Great to see ya again @anon32470837 . Mono cropping in this setup is basically all plants start at the same time, they all get the same nutrients, and the same lighting schedule from seeds to harvest. Nothing is individualized.
And the names are place holder for now.
Thank you @Johnnybsmokin I’m excited to see the end results of this test room. Less than a month togo.
@Stickyjones Thank for stopping by, 10 strain mothers have been clone from this batch. Once this test room is cleared, there will be fresh batch of 30 clones to move in. However all 10 strains will not make the cut. New genetics will get introduced by seed to mother from now on. I am looking for something specific…
Sweet time lapse!!! I’m doing the same type of deal but in soil…8 strains, all the same feeding regimen…but I have a staggered/perpetual harvest type grow going on.
Cant wait to see harvest!! Are you gonna chop them all down at once or let them tell you when they’re ready?
Hi there @Tappy , 8 strains is a handful, but diligence is key. Just got use the technique you’re comfortable with.
I’ll be scoping them after week 8 to see where each plant is at. But i don’t think any of them will go past 11 weeks. This way it’s not such a burden to chop, manicure, and dry. And will get the greatest potential from each strain.
Really nice, perfect use of your space and they all played well together. It sucks starting a bunch of different strains and having one try to take over the room…
Awesome @Roux, i am doing a similar thing with lots of seed plants and keeping clones of my favorites for moms… i think the strawberry cream photo impresses me the most from the pics… what are ya searching for?
good luck, looking nice. Gonna be interesting that plants will all take an all in one feed regimin, if you find the light feeders, heavy feeders etc. that may out of balance those certain cultivars. Tho this far along you wouldve already have noticed this happening in veg or early flowering usually.
What if that happens? if something is nute sensitive, or a nute pig?
Sux to be that cultivar I guess?
@beacher Thanks, I’m liking this new room for sure, and this is just the beginning! I use some high stress training to keep canopy levels as level as possible.
@ReikoX Cant wait til you get rolling again. Rooms are the way to go. You’ll love yours!
@DesertRat They sure do frost up nicely, the smell is sickly sweet.
Royal Queen Seeds - Critical
Dutch Passion Seeds - Critical Orange Punch
@Stickyjones Sounds like a solid plan! I’m searching for a plant with certain pH uptake qualities. But I’m a little nutzo so there’s that.
LEDSeedz - Strawberry Cream
@Silverhaze Thanks for the kind words. I feed high. So high in fact that every plant takes what they need because its available when they need it every flood. The light eaters are a litter darker green comparative to the heavy eater, so it’s easy to tell. However the plants that won’t cooperate would get culled.
@Tinytuttle good to see you again, feels good to be back. Your words are much appreciated!
