Ive had some success with reveg, and also a lot of failures… any useful tips?
Ive trimmed them roots before with success… what do you guys recommend?
What about nugs sites? how many leave? i seen a video where this guy pretty much strips everything to the bone, and somehow everything comes back real quickly, much quicker than if a bud needed to go through the whole reveg stage… anyone tried this?
switch lights to 24/0… what about nutes?
Please share any useful tips or info you might have!
Leave as much vegetation as possible, throw it under 24hrs of light and you should see new growth 7-10 days, keep it in high humidity 70% and you will start to monster crop
I have 100 percent success just throwing it back unto mom room no special light cycle. Flush it if run off is still high and start it on what you would feed a teen plant.
I end up stripping off the flowers first. then the sugar leaves from the old flowering cycle. like. it’s all gotta go. and not rot. it’s just getting the new growth triggered before you remove all the old stuff. 24 hours of light for like. a week. til it recognized it’s a veg cycle. then back to 18 hours.
This was about 2 weeks ago. The re-veg clones have twice the growth. every node has another branch. it’s just dense growth. I end up trimming a lot of this stuff back.
Nutes. I hit them with the “NitroHume” bottle. 6%N and 15% humic acid. and then a good watering of Recharge.
Not sure how useful this is for u but I got one in revegg also that it reveggs lol an I really hope ur revegg goes successful as well OG brother I followed his instructions except I transplanted mine soil full of gnats
Well I did leave some leafs etc hoping it goes good I did put in rabbit shit soaked n rabbit shit chicken shit n soil put some Dynomyco in there for roots an put in veg with babies fingers got mine under 2 Blue MH a 1,000 n 600
pretty much. i leave a couple leaves til I see new growth. hit it with the Rooting Hormone & solo cup of hp promix. stuff comes back to rooting real quick too. then goes nuts.
also. 6500K lights. it triggers the new veg growth. you want just the blues.
Anyone ever re-veg a plant with seeds in it. Fir example o have this Mother’s Milk f2 here. I harvested the flower at week 8ish and left theses buds as seen in pics that were pollinated with a Gatito Especial male (Triangle Kush x Bebé) x Mothers Milk) (Strayfox). It’s about day 67-68 now. They have been under 18/6 for last 6 or so days.
Ive tried it a handful of times, and it only worked once. But it is possible. Potting it up, and putting it under 24/0 seems to really help my chances on reveg as well. Best of luck!
I’ve revegged a few times but never with a seeded plant… It’s really a wait and see process if you don’t mind just leaving it somewhere under 18/6 or higher. My guess the seeds will continue to mature and then eventually degrade but not a ton of foliage on the bottom of the plant which usually helps in the process. Usually a month is a good gauge.
I’ve re-vegged successfully before, but never with seeds in the buds, at least not on purpose .
I agree repotting to more space and being careful with not too much water and not too much light have been helpful for me. I’m just worried about causing damage/inviability to the seeds. This plant specifically in the photo I just cut, as I have 2 clones rooted of her. Seeds looked about ripe enough. However I have 2 different phenos of the Gatito Especial, both with some seeds, that I don’t have clones of and ideally would like to successfully re-veg while also preserving their seeds. I chopped one of them at 8 weeks and the other I still have flowering but now under 18-6 light schedule for past 6 or so days.
I had revegged my BagSeed Bitch plant after the 1st time I seeded her out. She had a good amount of seed still on her when I did this. It took quite awhile to reveg and the seed she had on her she started to consume after she totally reverted back into a vegetative state.
I just kept her hydrated and and boosted her N slightly till I vould view the shift happen
I haven’t re-vegged a full bare plant but I’ve seen reports of people who have, usually outdoors. Like they harvest plant, strip the flower but left most of the structure and then leave it outside and forget it.
That said it’s recommended to leave some leaves a d 2 or so budsites when trying to re-veg. Also do not over water once you have cut/trimmed things to start re-veg. Re-vegging plants will drink very little water initially and don’t like wet soil, ime
I once moved a bunch of outdoor plants inside with beans a few weeks from being done. All plants save for one finished and produced viable seeds while reveg happened at 18h.
I’ve also pollinated autos late in flower and have even had them shoot new growth out 100+ days from seed and pollinated the new growth and finished seeds.
Most good plants will regrow if given a longer light schedule.
Never personally seen a plant re-veg without some flowers left on it to generate new leaves and stems. I assume if nodes are available and the plant doesn’t get completely hard and dry out that it could re-veg.
