I'm definitely going to listen in when it not so late thanks for this info!
Basically feed when the plant needs it.. I know its not easy at the beginning but eventually you get the hang of it.. if youre not too sure then you can feed at a really really low strength every water.. or you can try half strength once a week.. all depend on climate tbh. .. so hard to tell from not being where you are.. when you're ready to flower.. you keep on your nitrogen feed for a week or so.. it's called the transition.. you start adding more of the p and K and start weaning off the N.. after 3.weeks of flower you should be off the N almost all together. I don't use any bottle nutes but if I did id do a basic 2.1.2 feed through veg and a little into flower while flower you'd want to transition to a 0.1.2 or 0.2.2 npk. . Hope I'm not confusing you lol
Lol you want to watch the coyteldons. . .The first round sprout leaves. . .when they start to die a shrivel up you know your little one is hungry. . .it used the energy from the coyteldons to fuel it's growth. . . .usually about 3 weeks give or take. . . After that I half strength feed for first feeding. . . Then full strength it after 4 days or so. . . And do feedings once every week
It's doing that now! So start feeding?
Yeah that's the prob with podcasts .. they're soooo long
Yes start feeding it @meesh but half strength so We see if she likes it
They babies are looking a lighter green today too
I really don't see her burning with a 5-1-1 but it's good practice for you
That's her chlorophyll production slowing because of lack of nutrientsEdit- that's the things you learn to notice! good job
Yeah should be cool.. I'm not familiar with the nutrients out there so I might be shooting in the dark
So, if I go buy the kelp, fish molasses stuff, do I feed only with that or in conjunction with the fish fert that I have?
I would think they are universal but I've never grown some bomb ass African landrace stuff you've got going either so idk lol
So there is such a thing as too much LITFA? lol
Fish emulsion kelp and molasses is a good mix.. I make home made fish emulsion and feed with kelp and molasses through veg .. works great for me.. just make sure you start weak and build up to where you feel comfortable
I heard that! @Sunvalley is off the chain with those plants!
You can alternate but don't double dose or combine them
Lol oh yes LITFA overdose can result in plant death for sure lol. . .No water no buds hehe
Sometimes too much LITFA is no good unless you growing in my soil hajajahaha
Well that doesn't sound too damn complicated, should have asked from that from the get go! How do you build up the feed dose? Every other feeding? Or just when the plant starts to change after the nutrients aren't enough?
Lol sunvalleys a mind reader. . . @Meesh I was just going to say with that soil recipes i gave you, you shouldn't need to feed much if any until flower
