He was a real modest, odd, creative and warm human. Someone i admired growing up. I like to think i’ve tried to follow in his footsteps. A good person that will be missed!

First few episodes and last few episodes of twin peaks are absolutely wild in that state.
His writing and techniques are so unique it just sets the stage for an absolutely wild experience

Dune is still a favourite - Sting as Feyd-Ruatha was ingenious and still my best memory of the film - RIP David Lynch

I loved his stuff. Very sad at his passing, and will raise a toast in his honor. Goodbye, David. Thanks for everything - film, music, art - … everything. You made the world a weirder place, a cooler place, and a better place. Farewell, and RIP.

Saw so many of his films that I loved. Dune was just epic. He will be missed.

I didn’t even know he did the first film of Herbert’s great novel Dune. Best version of it. Such an unusual viewpoint he had.

One of the most visionary filmmakers to ever grace this Earth. His work wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it definitely was mine. Odd, surreal, dark, and challenging. But 100% genuine.
May his spirit live on forever in his body of work, and may it inspire countless others to express their own creative spirit so boldly, so freely, so honestly.
